  3.  @ClockworkBlade  Since there IS NO RIGHT to healthcare, you are not missing any right that anyone else has. There is no right to food, no right to shelter, no right to sexual congress, and no right to happiness.

  6.  @ClockworkBlade  What is there to assume? You are not the original commenter. Medical care is not a right, but emergent care is available to everyone. The big hospitals (at least in the region I live) offer programs for people who need help to pay for their healthcare. Drug manufacturers have similar programs. They don't have to do that, but they do. I can attest to them personally. Equal rights don't apply when there's no "right" to begin with. Equal rights also don't apply to the notion that all of our rights have reasonable limitations. Of-age persons have a "right" to drink, but they don't have the right to drive a car and/or injure others while intoxicated.
