  11. I'm sorry, but random letters do not describe English pronunciation. "e" alone can be pronounced about 5 different ways or not pronounced at all; don't get me started on "c". Either use smaller, well-known existing words, or a more-precise description. Capitalize the most-accented syllable. NEW-klee-ur or /NÛ·klē·ŭr/ If you want to be really anal-retentive, use the IPA. [ˈnu kli ər] or [ˈnyu kli ər] or even [ˈnu kyə lər]
