Those two things are not bad in and of themselves, but their results are pushed as unbiased and pure when in fact they are skewed. Even just changing one datum "in the name of science" means you have ruined your result. In essence, data can be manipulated to get any result you want, and people like you won't question it because "science"

  3. 11:56. Software is an uncountable noun in English. The word represents the abstract concept, not a "physical" thing. So, "software" refers to that concept regardless of whether you're talking about more than one or not. Thus, it never takes a -s for plurality. Ever.

  4. The problem with "scientific facts" is that not everything professed as a scientific fact is one. Science does not actually prove things; evidence supports or denounces conclusions. Not all evidence or "scientific facts" derived from said evidence are unbiased or complete. Many Americans can be described as being healthy skeptics. They don't automatically believe everything a politician or scientist or YouTuber tells them. There has to be a "smell test" and some context. I think this is a good thing: question everything. Only if you question and vet out other beliefs or opinions can you truly understand your own. Just because someone proclaims something to be true does not mean that it is. Conspiracies and agendas actually exist.

  6. Yep. This is a non-issue. Almost any shower head can be replaced with whatever you like, and there are many hand-held options. It takes about 5 minutes.

  8.  @rickwelch8464  Well, let's examine your words. Brainwashing is the process of inspiring someone to believe a chain of facts that are known to be not true. But people who decide for themselves what to believe aren't likely to be brainwashed. Nobody told me that "climate change" is a political hoax. I figured it out for myself after much study of the circumstances and scientific principles. It does not pass the smell test.
