According to this video, your odds are a lot better if you stay out of Fresno....

He will get what's coming to him. Karma is real, and it's a bitch.
31
It's like getting people to actually learn the definitions of envy and jealousy, or figuratively and literally. Or shock and electrocution. It's hopeless.
28
@thomascatification Not if there aren't any police around to catch him.
27
Yes, and then claimed to be in the right. hahahaha It's my experience Yield signs are usually ignored. Which is a shame... since they're common on railroad crossing sign posts now, too.
22
2:48 Nope. It doesn't work that way. Sorry. Bad drivers don't have the ability to audit or critique themselves, as they can never see themselves as in the wrong or at at fault. You can't teach someone a lesson that isn't open to learning anything. As a (good) driver, it's your duty to do all you can to prevent an accident. If you try to be an asshole to other assholes, you're just stooping to their level and making yourself a bad driver. Give those assholes out on the road a wide berth and keep yourself safe, cool, and sound. And alive.
20
She has no intuition or grasp about how steering works. It's not as rare as you may think.
20
4:12 #12 I call BS on that. You're going faster than 20 MPH. You also had a road sign warning of a turn in the road, so you should have slowed way down, but you didn't.
18
Literally trying to kill people for his ego.
14
Blows my mind that they should NEED to honk in the first place.
13
Regular automobiles should be mindful of giving larger vehicles a wide berth, and staying out of the driver' blind spots. It isn't a truck driver's responsibility to correct your fuckup and it's often beyond his capability (coz physics).
12
Brake-checking a big rig is punishable by death.
11
She needs to sue the driver of the jeep or whatever it was, and/or his insurance company. This is the whole point of having insurance, for when stuff like this happens. We don't know fore sure whether the other driver was negligent, but it's definitely his fault.
10
@mr.b3168 The biker that was off the road (past the shoulder line) had hazard lights on, apparently. The biker that was STILL ON the road did not. "To the side" is not good enough—that's not how lanes work, especially in the dark!!
9
He drives pretty aggressively after that, too... swinging around in his lane like he's going to pounce on the 'Vette or something.
9
@NateDates I think she has an idea of her steering and driving shortcomings. She just doesn't care one jot.
9
Definitely not just 19 MPH. And the first thing we see in the clip is a road turns right ahead warning sign, so that should have been the first clue he should already have slowed down even further. That's turns, not curves.
9
1:38 #4 You should not be on the road if you melt down over something like that, which you should have seen coming 3000 feet away...
8
Other people's bad driving is very rarely something to take personally. Bad drivers are bad drivers to everyone.
8
@Nicksametz Driving brings out the worst in most people.
7
I'll go ahead and disagree with 'ya there. accident [ĂK-sĭ-dŭhnt] noun 3. any event that happens unexpectedly, without a deliberate plan or cause. "Accident" does not mean unpreventable, or without fault.
7
@Ottedikkie What?? It's always worth it to slow down and avoid an accident.
6
The cammer was fine. It's called HAVE SOME FUCKING PATIENCE!
6
I wonder whose idea it was to back up out on to the road in the first place. Surely it would have been easier to circle around. But what Jerry should have done is just left her there.
6
GO. TO. JAIL!
6
Almost as crazy as that feeling of invincibility upon installing a dashcam in your car. Brakes become a thing of the past!!
6
*honking Spoiler alert: he did not, in fact, call the cops.
6
What driver's license??
6
You're not the only one!
6
You do not want someone behaving like that in your rear view mirror. Speeding up to outrun him was foolhardy, and almost caused an accident which would have been much worse with power lines potentially dropping onto the vehicles. The correct thing to do in that situation is to drive over the median and GTFO immediately!
6
If he had hit the brakes, she wouldn't have sideswiped him. That's how.
6
*Bad driver, worse "music"
5
That's not music, that's brain-rotting noise.
5
@Guillaume2606 You've got to be kidding.
5
If you lie about people, you're not better than the trashhole.
5
18:45 It's just like the Jersey episode of South Park!! LOL!
5
@asphaltmilkshake4596 Yeah she definitely drove over the tip of the gore, but that's not the worst thing she did!
5
@freedomwillneverdie6600 That's the reason I believe most people get car cameras... to channel their road rage. "Look at what all these morons around me are doing! (I'm a purrrrfect driver!)"
5
@TimHammett1964 Or he just doesn't have enough driving experience to tell him when stupid people around him mean USE THE BRAKES!
5
2:34 Like a "boss," she didn't slow down. What are brakes????
5
I "love" the inaccurate descriptions of events submitted by the video owners. It's a constant source of amusement and frustration.
5
@heatheninferos2231 Yes. The future is not today. Anyone that believes "self-driving cars" is, today, a mature technology is delusional.
4
The sad thing is that driving is dangerous, but many of us have to do it. We should all have each other's backs out there, looking out for each other and being safe. Driving like an entitled asshole is not good for anyone, including the asshole. All of us have done some dumb or embarrassing things while driving. But offensive or impaired driving is not the safe way to go! I want to get home each night.
4
@GMan-h7o What? White lines never separate traffic in opposite directions in USA or Canada.
4
@ I agree that the pickup driver might have questioned what the extra honks were about, but the cammer was only reckless in driving around the truck at the intersection.
4
@joeperkins4309 At a roundabout in the US, you yield to the left. Not the right.
4
If you look at it closer, apparently it goes on to state "when pedestrians are present"
3
24:01 Your first mistake was not driving to conditions. Rain causes more accidents than ice or snow. Your second mistake was describing your obvious right-hand turn as a left turn...
3
@MariscosC Yes, true. If her own insurance is paying out, they will try and recoup that. If they are not covering it all, then she needs to pursue it.
3
#2 You are part of the problem. You cannot control what other people do or don't do, but you CAN control yourself!
