  4. 0:38 #2 Policeman should have given that guy a ticket, if he didn't. Let us enumerate the stupidity: 1. Did not stop for the flashing red lights. 2. Did not stop for the descending boom gate. 3. Did stop for the police officer but stopped on the damn tracks. 4. Started to back up into the boom gate. 5. Did not know how to get off of the crossing until directed by the police officer.
