  6. @@davidwalton3604 It's not illegal to cross a solid white line (unless signs say otherwise). It is illegal to cross a double white line. The cammer had plenty of time to slow down for the person who had already begun the lane change. Before the cammer even showed up.

How are you supposed to know that pedestrians are present if you can't see them either? (Is the sign trying to give pedestrians crossing the street one turns right onto over right turns—on red??)
