  1. In most places in the US, it's legal to turn right on a Red light, AFTER STOPPING and yielding to crossing traffic, unless there's a sign prohibiting it. The driver did not appear to yield. The cammer's response of laying on the horn when there was no collision+drive-off or imminent safety problem was also in the wrong. Just let it go. 31:34 An example of illegal turns on Red. A Red arrow means it's forbidden to go in the direction of the arrow. It's the same as a "No Right Turn On Red 🔴" sign.

  3.  @malindemunich2883  In my state, a Red Arrow forbids travel or turn in its direction. A Red (Left/Right) Arrow means NO Turn On Red in that direction. It doesn't matter if it's a right arrow or a left one. Maybe things are different in your jurisdiction, but I doubt it.

  4.  @malindemunich2883  I don't know where you live, but the United States national MUTCD states this: Vehicular traffic facing a steady RED ARROW signal indication shall not enter the intersection to make the movement indicated by the arrow and, unless entering the intersection to make another movement permitted by another signal indication, shall stop at a clearly marked stop line; but if there is no stop line, before entering the crosswalk on the near side of the intersection; or if there is no crosswalk, then before entering the intersection; and shall remain stopped until a signal indication or other traffic control device permitting the movement indicated by such RED ARROW is displayed. When a traffic control device is in place permitting a turn on a steady RED ARROW signal indication, vehicular traffic facing a steady RED ARROW signal indication is permitted to enter the intersection to make the movement indicated by the arrow signal indication, after stopping. The right to proceed with the turn shall be limited to the direction indicated by the arrow and shall be subject to the rules applicable after making a stop at a STOP sign.

  5. I "like" how a lot of these drivers are trying to pin others as being the asshole... but they themselves are also an asshole. You don't chase someone down honking your horn constantly when they didn't actually hit you and drive off. You don't follow someone through a red arrow while saying they shouldn't have run the red arrow. And you don't drive like a fucking asshole. P.S. I thought Canadian people were supposed to be nice. hahahaha
