  6. The UK's whole "but it could offend someone!" purview is the problem. The core tenant of "free speech" is to accept and protect speech that you don't agree with, or even that you find quite distasteful.

  7. No other country has "free speech" like the USA has. In the USA, it cannot be taken away by the government at any level. It can in any other country, as the UK is finding out!
