The Republicans have absolutely zero reason to say anything positive about President Biden or the Democratic Party, so of course they lie to the American people. And if you ask a lot of American who don't like President Biden, they don't have any concrete facts. Just how they feel. The US doesn't care about facts. Only feelings.
