  1. Most American planes, vehicles, equipment, etc. are failures. The Sherman was infamously a death trap. The Humvee had no armor. The new MRAPs are so tall, they tend to roll over and kill the gunner. The M113 has aluminum armor that is easily penetrated. The list is endless, yet nobody talks about it for some reason...
