  1. I have never been to the Balkans or Europe, but I can tell you from my experience as an American that gambling is a huge problem. Here, outside of Las Vegas, most Native American tribes have a monopoly on gambling as they claim it is a "cultural tradition". Gambling is illegal almost everywhere else, but going to a Native American Reservation or Las Vegas, you see tons of brain dead people sitting in front screens just losing all their money for nothing. It was disgusting.
