  1. The other issue with the Colonel's claims of Russia treating Ukrainian POWs well is I remember the video of those 3 Russians cutting the head off of a Ukrainian POW. AND you can watch interviews of returning Ukrainian POWs who can tell you they were not treated very well. So it's a lie
