Russia usually stays within its own borders, but the US 82 Airborne moved a Brigade (3,500 soldiers) from Fort Bragg to Kuwait and redeployed them combat ready within 18 hours. It took the USA Lincoln and it's escorts 2 weeks (leaving April 17th and arriving May 3rd) to go from the US to Syria. It took the Admiral Kuznetsov a month to go from Murmansk to Syria (October 16th , 2016 till November 15th 2016). Russia seems slower imo
