  2. I think our laws follow the logic of your free to do what you want as long as they don't hurt anyone. They make flare launchers like this because they can. Obviously, there is a market of people buying them or they'd never make them. Our laws don't outlaw things you don't need. You can buy what you need AND what you want in the US.

  4. The overcharge thing with shotgun shells isn't illegal in the US, nor is it illegal to overcharge rifle bullets. It's legal to laid your own ammo here.
