  1. A lot of these turbo-props that smaller countries use also double as trainer aircraft. For small countries, the airforce isn't always there top priority so having an aircraft with multiple roles really helps with the budget! Maybe create a newer aircraft and armor it up a little bit so it can withstand ground fire! The only problem is their slow so you're gonna need air superiority or enemy aircraft will be picking them off really easily!
