  2. Bread is no more than 15 minutes away by car. Suburbs are usually small enough to bike to the store

  3.  @ComradeCorwin  Actually the poor live closer to amenities in the USA. They live in the cities and in apartments. The cities are highly populated. The middle class and rich live in suburbs or gated comminites, making them farther from hospitals and stores
