  1. I doubt this is racially motivated. They had no idea what his race was, but the police are definitely in the wrong. They could've handled this better, like approaching with a no-lethal first then go to gun if they felt like they were in danger. The 20 shots, especially after he fell were unnecessary in the extreme.
