@DeadBeat1azy So when 77% of Americans polled in 1940 said they didn't want to fight in a European war, the US government should've just declared war on Nazi Germany anyways? That's not very democratic at all. Unless you some how believe the US was at war with Germany in 1939 and just waited until 1942 to show up?
