  1. Defending Ukraine and Europe from Russian hatred is a noble cause that I believe we should all support. I would lay down my life for such a cause.   2. How much of an obligation do we have to watch as the innocent and defenseless are butchered? Here in the US, we liberated much of Western Europe and East Asia during WWII. We laid down hundreds of thousands of lives to free people in a war that we had previous deemed as "not our war". Sometimes, for a noble cause, no sacrifice is too great
