To compare, here are some numbers on NATO or Soviet soldiers killed in conflicts of the last 40 years. -The War in Afghanistan: 3,576 (US: 2,420; UK: 456; Canada: 159; France: 89; Germany: 62; Italy: 53; Others: 337) -The Iraq War: 4,825 (US: 4,507; UK: 179; Others: 139) -The Gulf War: 4,492 (Kuwait Army: 4,200; Coalition Forces: 292) -Soviet-Afghan War: 32,453 (USSR: 14,453; Afghan Government: 18,000+)

People don't realize that there were 6 million American boots that marched into Berlin. They were on the feet of Soviet soldiers

The West will supply enough trucks and fuel that even if the railroads disappear, Ukraine will still be able to supply itself. If the USA could do it across Europe, China and the Pacific in WWII, I don't see why Ukraine can't do it in 2022.

@dffndjdjd The US had an Army of 7 million at its peak. The German Army never surpassed 5 million. The Germans were also using horses and donkey's to transport 70% of their supplies. The US Army was 99% supposed by trucks, aircraft and ships. The USSR didn't win WWII by themselves and the Western Allies would've still beaten Germany without it.

@dffndjdjd The UK, Poland and France were at war with Germany before the USSR and fought them in North Africa, Norway and the Levant. Why do you lie? Why do you make things up? Why don't you tell me why the USSR invaded Iran?

@johncollins3045 You didn't even mention the Allied bombing campaign, American artificial rubber, or anything. I don't think the "80%" German casualties is an accurate number. I haven't seen it cited anywhere outside Communist sources. The Allied war effort being downplayed is a deliberate propaganda effort
