  3. I believe with the wholeness of my heart that most police officers do not discriminate unnecessarily and that most police actions are well founded. Yes, some cops are corrupt and without a doubt, the U.S. court system is broken

  4. They are probably following you for a little bit because they are calling your license plates into dispatch to see if you have any warrants. That and they want to see if you make anymore infractions, like swerving or crossing the center line, if they believe you might be drunk or high. They may also hope to see. you slow down. Its not just to check your race.

  6. A cop can charge you with anything if they want to. There are a lot of laws. They don't normally charge you with such small infractions unless they actually want to investigate you for another, larger crime. For example, they may think your driving high, but they need a reason to pull you over other than assuming your high so they see your rear view mirror is obstructed and pull you over for that.
