Ukraine has said they can provide everything for themselves, even if its old Soviet equipment and vehicles(except for the newer T-80 and Ukrainian BTR).What they want is new, modern Western equipment that can beat what the Separatists have (which is old Soviet equipment). And I'm perfectly fine with the US not giving it to them. Its never been the business of America to give away its new equipment. You never want to risk the enemy capturing it. Sorry Ukraine, but Humvees will have to do.
