  2. Whoever decided that the UN and WHO should be financially dependent on the USA and it's "good will" is a moron. An international organization for all is dependent on the USA's wallet and the USA's mandates. An international organization should be for everyone and should be the result of everyone's contributions, not just a few countries. I say that as an American.
