  3. The Bill of Rights (first 10 Amendments are called the Bill of Rights) were the original human rights before the UN existed. People owning guns is considered a human right, just like freedom of speech and privacy. It's extremely difficult to repeal or amend one of the Bill of Rights. You need a majority in the House and Senate, approval from the president and 38/50 states need to agree to it.

Guns are a human right (as its part of the Bill of Rights) But even if the US wanted to repeal or amend the 2nd Amendment, it would take a 70% majority in the House and Senate, it'd have to be approved by the president and it would take approval from 38/50 state governments. It's very difficult to do.
