  7. @Stonks Stonks The definition of "First World" "Second World" and "Third World" has nothing to do with development. They are Cold War terms. "First World" refers to the USA and it's allies. "Second World" refers to the USSR and it's allies. "Third World" is amy country not aligned with the USSR or USA
