@jtf101 They do. You're just mad you don't have the money to put into funds, investments and accounts. The vast majority of the wealthy know where to invest their money and what assets to purchase. All things the US government structured laws around to encourage so that the USA keeps being a 1st world country. It's fun to hate the rich until all that investment and business leaves. Then your country ends up like Venezuela or Nigeria or Bangladesh. Believe it or not, China didn't become so wealthy and powerful because it's patriotic, brain-washed poor. China became wealthy and powerful when it encouraged foreign investment and gave it's own citizens the capability of saving money and investing their money into their fellow Chinese citizens. So yeah, most of the rich pay their local and state taxes.

Community Firefighters are good because they save lives and protect the community. They put the community and it's resources first. However, the and/or business owners have lots of property and resources they've invested in. The community firefighters will not go out of their way to save that property. This is were Private Firefighters come in. I think it's perfectly fine for these guys to be hired to protect businesses and the wealthy as long as the business owners and wealthy continue to pay taxes to fund the community firefighters
