  2. I'd just like to point out the black man that was open carrying during the Dallas shooting. He was exercising his right, and when the shooting started, he handed over his gun to the police and turned himself in. That's what should always happen.

  6. I live in Wisconsin. You can open carry, but someone might call the cops if you are just walking down the street with it, depending on where you are and whay time if year.
