  2. I don't think we need to ban guns, but I don't think we should let this keep happening. I think there could be a middle ground. We should make handguns more difficult to obtain, since they're responsible for 70% of all gun deaths in the US. Machine guns are still legal in the US, they just require permits and extensive background checks to own. We never see anyone using machine guns to murder people. Maybe we could have a similar system for semi-automatic handguns and rifles?
