  1. The soldiers or police were sure slow to react. They were standing around, hesitating. I'm glad the PM's security team reacted to fast! They are really professional and well trained!

  2.  @shawnkeene2488  I think the first things a soldier should do gun are heard is 1) find cover 2) make a perimeter 3) direct people to safety. I literally watched a soldier, standing straight up, looking at nothing while people try to move past him. I don't have to be a soldier to watch videos of Russian, German, French, American or British soldiers reacting to the first sounds of gunfire. None of their reactions were to mill around with their hands in their pockets!

  4.  Angry Combat Wombat  If they're in shock, it's because they aren't trained well enough to instinctively rely on their training. There are plenty of other videos where you can compare other soldiers and police reacting to sound of nearby gunshots. None of their reactions are to stand around and in the way of people!
