  1. I don't know the frequency of such military vehicles on display in Russia, but as an American, I can tell you that such monuments exist all across the USA and Canada, usually in memory of local heroes. Sometimes they are near museums and sometimes they are near public parks.

  3.  @hermanwooster8944  Well I have to ask for clarification on the internet because when I mention a fact like that President Zelensky is Jewish, I was told by a YouTube comment that Zelensky is a Nazi and that the Nazi's didn't actually hate the Jews. They only wanted to exterminate Slavs and Western most governments are actually Nazis
