  4. Praefectus Evocatorum Lucius Vorenus Except lots of Americans pull out their guns and kill bad guys. You just never hear about it. The most famous incident was the one in the Texas church shooting. Like 2 weeks before that. A pastor in Tennessee pulled out his gun and stopped a church shooter.
