  1. The difference between the USA and Russia or China is that none of this would be public information in China or Russia. If the Chinese government is spying on its citizens, nobody would ever gain access to the footage they took in their spy plane. So while the US government spying worries me somewhat, citizens have the capabilities and rights to see what they're doing
