Electric Fan Pistols are horrible. They should be banned before rifles or shotguns. You can't hunt with pistols and 70% of all gun deaths are caused by pistols.

The federal government barely has the power to enforce national gun laws and can't make them any tighter. In 2013, the state of Idaho wrote into its Constitution that it would not enforce any federal gun laws. Several other states like Montana passed similar laws soon after. If the federal government can't force California to help catch illegal immigrants, or force Colorado to arrest people for weed possession, what makes you think it has the power to enforce tougher federal gun control? The Constitution explicitly gives the states power over gun control. The only power the feds have is regulating interstate trade, but they can't force every state, city or county to heavily regulate guns

Yeah, you're crazy. That's way too excessive. But more can be done to decrease this stuff, like a firearms permit which requires taking a class on firearm safety, but doesn't register the permit owner in a national database. I am curious, whats your plan to enforce that law in states like Idaho and Montana which passed laws in 2013 and 2014 prohibiting state law enforcement from enforcing national gun laws? If the Feds can't get Colorado to outlaw weed or California to help find illegal immigrants, whats it gonna do to enforce red states to adhere to your crazy laws?
