  1. 5:44 I wonder where Russell saw 3 studios on the layout of the apartment with a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen ("2K" actually means that - 2 rooms)? I'm not sure that this redevelopment of the apartment is legal at all, as it is strictly forbidden to place a bathroom above the kitchen and living rooms; kitchens cannot be placed above living rooms... I also wonder what was taped up above the layout..... Probably a description of this 2-room (1-bedroom) apartment... Rihgt?
