@МихаилСмотров-з6ы Жители квартир оформляют постоянную регистрацию — прописку. В апартаментах получить постоянную регистрацию (прописку) нельзя. Исключение составляют апартаменты, расположенные в гостиницах и отелях — там можно оформить временную регистрацию на 5 лет, по истечении этого срока ее надо продлять. Если здание построено на земле под офисы, зарегистрироваться не получится.
