  2. It's so bad, tha AMA has issued a moratorium against "fat shaming," thereby ending treatment of obesity and obesity-related diseases. This comes by direct pressure from activist groups and academia. Ironically, these same lunatics blame capitalism for the decline in life expectancy in the US.

  4. I saw the documentary about this 25 years ago. It wouldn't be shown today. Why? That's a huge question, though simple one. We have a serious class wealth elite problem in the west.
