  2.  @phil20_20 we have built way too many roads and highways here in the US, probably one of the largest mistakes ever made. The IRA will cost our grandchildren well past 2050. It’s now said it will be more costly than the New Deal during the Depression in today’s dollars with inflation figured in. So, the comment makes perfect sense.
