@vietimports on the contrary, I am seeing it just before Christmas here where I’m at. It’s nothing like I want to see happen. People seem to be less cautious in other parts of the country.

Yeah, how far off could they have actually been? I also wonder how those huge payments are also going to affect/feel in the economy. Especially if they’re going to be laid off next year or after the New year.

@docbrown7513 that’s pretty close.IMO. A $25-50 permit will be good for 2 years in some areas. $400,000 is a lot more to muster for the median home here in the US.
