  4. ​ @gymsjimsgems  - what Borla's saying here is that the A80 suffered the same criticism like the A90's currently experiencing: being ugly. It was also criticized for lacking the A70's pop-up headlights. Put it shortly: you're unwittingly repeating the same mistake like in the 90's.

Some dealer were still holding Supras because very few buyers came to get the cars. This is evident with U.S. sales numbers (just more than 11,000 units sold).

Before anyone else forgets (I apologize), the 4-cylinder Supra was supposed to be for countries with road and displacement taxes (think Japan and some European countries). 228 hp couple with a curb weight of 2800-2850 lbs and and addressed torque mean that the car is no slouch.
