@cactuscartocratus7228 - a Russian mil-blogger admitted that Russia did it.
5
Until you reach the front lines, that is.
4
"After they freed us from the Nazis?" Poland would like a word... as well as Hungary.
4
Except: - Moscow helped Germany rearm during the Interwar Period; - there's the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact; - Lend-lease helped the Soviets outlast the Germans, even Zhukov and supposedly Stalin himself credited it for their success; - there's the African and western fronts, stretching the Germans thin; - some of the best Soviet personnel weren't even Russian. You've left out quite a lot
4
Incorrect, all of it.
4
Calling Ukrainians "Nazis" while Russia continues to tick the checkbox in terms of similarities is quite ironic. Besides, synagogues are still standing and doing their daily prayer services in the former.
3
Replace Ukraine with Russia, and it's more accurate.
3
"Ukraine under Nazi regime" Eh, you do know that synagogues there are still standing, right? Besides, there are other religions practicing freely there. Not something that Nazism tolerates.
3
Except, you're forgetting that synagogues still stand in Ukraine, Zelenzky is Jewish, and LGBT rights are being championed, not something that Nazism likes.
3
"Ukraine stopped being a democratic country when the government was overthrown in 2014." Which is debunked.
3
Not quite.
3
Incorrect.
3
Ukraine still has synagogues, so that's a fail. Besides, isn't Russia having a bigger neo-Nazi problem than their neighbor?
3
Except, not quite.
2
@fantommorbius5175 - "Ukraine army is full of Nazi garbage" While accommodating Jews, Muslims, and other religions? Yeah, you really don't know what Nazism actually means, do ya?
2
@fantommorbius5175 - nope, not quite. Besides, there seems to be a much bigger neo-Nazi problem in Russia than in Ukraine.
2
Except, you missed a lot of contexts. - there's Operation Fortitude that preceeded D-Day. - the Normandy landings didn't just invovle the U.S. - Russia waas able to reach Berlin with the addition of Allied lend-lease and lengthy bombing campaings that preceeded it. - and then there's the western front.
2
1 Ukrainian die for every 2-3 Russian taken out. That's what the original leaks mentioned.
2
@LiberatedGalaxy - something tells me you're the one saying the lies. If Ukraine are Nazis, why do they allow people of other religions like Islam and JUDAISM to serve? Why are synagogues still up and running? President Zelensky is JEWISH, not something that Nazism allows.
2
That's not exactly it.
2
Not quite. Besides, Moldova and Georgia would like a word.
2
@steveharrigan7811 - except, that's not the case.
2
@georgesaros-u9j - no, not really. That's the truth.
2
@Jimmy-ye3wg - "Sweden and Finland are strategically irrelevant" - not quite.
2
Except, that's not gonna work.
2
@petradelaroza7887 - this ain't 1945, ya know. The reactions will be different.
2
Yeah, not quite, buddy.
2
@MarkMiller304 - nope, and you know it.
2
@MarkMiller304 - you know that ain't exactly the case, right?
2
@MarkMiller304 - dude, cut the act. You know that this ain't the case.
2
@MarkMiller304 - if that's the case, why is Ukraine still holding on and Russia taking too long to get Bakhmut? Not exactly a fragmented Ukraine you thought it is.
2
@MarkMiller304 - and why is Russia having a hard time in Ukraine since almost early on in the war? Now the captured territories are slowly being put in doubt. I suggest dropping the act.
2
@skyler-id1yo - again, replace Zelensky with Putin and it's accurate. Besides, the Ukrainians are understandably angry: of course, they'll take up arms and fight for their homes. Good thing that NATO is providing the training. As for Russia, it's becoming a joke in the eyes of the world. Even China is aware, as evidence by their not-so-subtle criticism of their Su-35 jets.
2
Except Russia isn't the good guy here.
2
Yeah, 'Kiev' is Russian-derived.
2
"This foreigh sponsored coup is the origin of the crisis in Ukraine." - which isn't. Besides, the origins of the crisis could stretch way before Euromaidan.
2
Except, that's not exactly the case.
2
@georgelincolnrockwell6248 - ahem, October 7th. And that's coming from a person who also share concerns of Israeli conduct.
2
Replace Zelensky with Putin and it's more accurate.
2
Except the nations of NATO have more than enough room to examine their flaws and make up for them.
2
Except, not quite.
2
Way less fragmented than Russia, ATM.
2
@lisov4575 - nope
2
@lisov4575 - again, nope. And you know it.
2
@lisov4575 - honestly, that's what Russia wants you to think.
2
"Russia is on the right side of History" Except, not quite.
2
@afkfromk1 - not quite either, even after that gaffe of an interview recently.
2
@afkfromk1 - dude, you do know that you were already spouting BS, right? Besides, the western world are more willing to examinine themselves and resolve their faults.
2
Not quite the same
2
Except, not quite.
