  3. This ain't the 90s anymore. Economic conditions are different compared to back then, and most manufacturers (Toyota included) buy their parts from external suppliers. I wish the Supra was more Toyota, but I know why they did it. I'm not mad, just glad they are trying to make it in a world filled with SUVs and a growing electric car market. Plus, it had a good career in motorsports (3rd place in class during the 2019 24 Hours of Nürburgring).

  4. Look to the 90s. The bubble economy popped, then the Asian financial crisis, and things went downhill for sports cars.
