  2. Russia attacks civilian areas indiscriminately on a regular basis. In Ukraine's case, it's unfortunate timing that the family got caught in the blast. You can only do so much to avoid civilian deaths as much as possible.

  10.  @destro73  - never saw those radar reflector barges and smokescreen excercise near the bridge before? Those already hinted at the obvious nature of the bridge as a critical supply link between Crimea and the Russian mainland. Even Russian dashcam vids already showed.
