  6. Except, the model NG used for the radar tests left out quite a few things (some of which are actually more detrimental to the "stealth" - exposed turbine blades, the heat shield stretching from the exhausts, the chassis, and not to mention exposed weapons).

The French do it, the Chinese do it, even Russia's only yet broken carrier has it. The exception would be for those that handle STOVL jets.
