  2. Could you make a p90 reciprocating inside an oversized plastic stock to get a hyperburst that gets a couple of rounds off before it bottoms out against the return spring in the stock?

  3.  @MrJahbuddha  the p90 already has a moving barrel as part of its janky semidelayed operation - it is not simple blowback and any video showing you how to swap a p90 barrel or ps90 barrel for an sbr version should show the installation of the barrel helper spring. But my proposal goes one step further, to put a whole p90 into a larger box and have it slide back and forth on a spring and guide. Then you need some way of holding the trigger all the way down while in full auto mode. The AN94 accomplishes this by having its trigger pull down on a plate that fires the gun, and the plate slides under the trigger transfer hook. It is easier to look at Ian's Forgotten Weapons video on the AN94. This way your hands aren't touching the p90 itself, just the outside of the box and somehow transferring the command to fire to the complete firearm on the soft mount inside the box. You only feel the recoil when it bottoms out on the spring and hits the back of the box.

  4. This hyperburst feature with the already horrifying terminal ballistics of the 7n6 would be an absolute beast in raid type CQB. Dunno how that complicated pulley system would work in a muddy trench after two years.
