  1. Reminds me of the Chinese Gyrocopter that was on Task and Purpose on youtube last week. Maybe they serve the same purpose: Both the Combat Kayak and the Gyrocopter are manned systems. If the jamming and electronic warfare is very heavy, you can just turn off your radios get silent and sneak in to have a look. You write down what you see on a piece of rainproof paper and come back to base undetected. Nobody can hack or jam a piece of paper. The weapons are just there for you to sell your life dearly if you do get detected.
