  1.  @spartakos3178 why do they need to be in a building? For a little extra money you could put a bunch of virtual machine hosts in racks in the back of a van and drive from country to country. As you cross land borders you create new legal headaches.

  3.  @brian9107 in the English Bill of Rights of 1689, the idea was that you’d defend yourself and your honour and the government would only get involved in avenging secret killings. But that law is now a dead letter in the UK, so yeah go off on policing speech and thought. I am sure AI will be more than up to the task.
