  2. 15:00 if you were a country with a reputation for making cheap manufactured goods, could you make a lot of phony air scattered mines and spam the battlefield with them to sow complacency until your adversary starts to think "oh these are 99% duds" and begins to do stupid shit like kick them out of the way to show how little these scare them. Then one day when you are on the attack and want to drive them into an air scattered mine field, you drop 100% functional versions and the mines begin to act like booby traps because your enemy is conditioned to kick them out of the way.
