Some videos on r/UkraineWarVideoReport show coordinated ambushes with a thermal hovering drone coordinating artillery and six or seven FPV pilots on a formation of as few as four enemy armoured vehicles. I guess they allocate the resources proportionally to the ammo rationing on hand and the value of the target. The difficulty of coordinating the multiple fpv strike seems to have been surmounted if the value of the target is high enough. I know a few commonwealth FOs and all of them have some variant of the following tall tale: a friend of a friend of theirs calls in a man on a bicycle as “mechanized anti-armour in the open” and requests Fire Mission Regiment, and the request is granted! BDA was “target neutralised”.
