The USMC got rid of its fireteam level belt feds and reorganized around a "squad systems operator" who is protected by at least three grenadiers (who can launch drones with their 40mm launchers, as well as destroy Unmanned Ground Vehicles with 40mm HE). The Squad Systems Operator is a corporal who is responsible for operating the armed drones and unmanned ground vehicles that are the fireteam's main casualty causing weapons. Idk what the Army is doing.
