  1. 30:00 the economist Vilfredo Pareto says that to create perpetual capitalist stability all you have to do is find the people who would be effective revolutionary leaders and provide scholarships to them which then brings these leaders into your power structure. I guess this doesn’t work if there’s an economic downturn.
